CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • All services are non-negotiable. If the client settles the down payment for reservation, he/she confirms and agrees with our stated policy, which also applies to all members of the group reserved.

  • The Down Payment of clients who request for booking cancellation based on any other reason/s is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • The client should settle the remaining payment (indicated in the provided Statement of Account) upon release of visa. Failure to settle the remaining payment shall mean forfeiture of reserved slots.

  • For clients who submitted the complete requirements beyond the given deadline, the initial reservation shall be NON-REFUNDABLE. SARAH LEA TRAVEL AND TOURS INC. also reserves the right to cancel/forfeit the slots of clients who failed to submit the requirements on or before the given deadline.

  • Booking cancellations after the full payment is settled shall be NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Once the documents are submitted to SARAH LEA TRAVEL AND TOURS INC., the client can no longer recall or pull-out the application. If the client insists on pulling out for any given reason, the client acknowledges that all payments made (initial and second payment) shall be deemed NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Cancellation of the service by the client results in the forfeiture of 50 percent of the payment.

TICKET IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-REROUTABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • Passenger guarantees that the names in the booking are correct and the same spelling with the passports / valid I.D.

  • In case of wrong details in the booking or reservation (given by the passenger) and have been approved by the said passenger, we won’t be liable to any fees or policies that the airline may impose.

  • Passengers must check the airline website (Under manage booking section) or travel agency for any flight changes before your flight. SARAH LEA TRAVEL AND TOURS INC. is not liable for missed airport transfers or Tours Due to Flight Delays or Flight Changes.

  • Given information such as contact numbers and emails must be all correct so we can inform the passengers of any changes on their flight. We won’t be liable if we cannot contact you on the details that you have given erroneously.

  • Minor passengers below 18 years old must be accompanied by parents, either mother or father, at the airport. Otherwise, guardians must secure clearance from DSWD / Letter of Consent and a copy of their IDs.

  • In case of Force Majeure (E.g., Emergencies, Accident, Storm, Rally, Typhoon, Etc.) Which are not beyond our control, SARAH LEA TRAVEL AND TOURS INC. will not be held liable for any surcharges/penalties imposed by the airline.

  • Airfare/Airline Tickets if cancelled by the airline are REBOOKABLE or REFUNDABLE, which is subject to airline policies and processing fee. Airline’s discount and service charges are strictly non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

  • Passenger is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas and permits, and for complying with the laws, regulations, orders, demands, and travel requirements of countries of origin, destination, or transit. SARAH LEA TRAVEL AND TOURS INC. does not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
     

  • Passenger guarantees that the passports are valid 6 months upon departure and arrival and are not tampered or damaged. Passenger must shoulder any charges/damages caused by invalid/expired travel document.
